    Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer

    Eindhoven
    40 uur per week

You'll be joining an established IT managed-services provider in the Eindhoven region, a company that has spent close to four decades keeping the technology running for hundreds of small and mid-size businesses across the Netherlands. The role sits at the point where those clients are moving off older setups and into a modern Microsoft cloud workplace, and you're the engineer who designs, builds, and then manages that transition from start to finish. Because the client base is broad, no two weeks look the same: one project might be an M365 rollout, the next an Azure migration or a security hardening job. You'll advise clients directly, translating what a modern workplace actually means for their people into a plan they understand and trust. Security runs through everything you do here, so you'll have a real hand in keeping client environments safe rather than treating it as an afterthought. The company works the way it talks, with plain language, clear commitments, and a strong preference for doing what was promised. If you like variety, client contact, and owning the Microsoft stack from design through daily management, this is a good fit.

    Senior Cloud Engineer

    Arnhem
    40 uur per week

You'll join the platform team of a large public-sector organisation in the east of the Netherlands as a senior cloud engineer. The organisation is in the middle of a real transition, migrating off its own datacentre and a legacy Citrix desktop environment toward a fully Azure-based, modern digital workplace. That shift runs on a SaaS-first policy and an increasingly Agile Scrum and DevOps way of working, and the IT department is usually the one introducing new technology across the organisation. You'll be responsible for designing, building, running and evolving the Azure environment, from virtual machines, Azure Virtual Desktop and DevBox through to networking and storage. A big part of the work is setting up Azure landing zones with governance, security and cost in mind, applying containerisation, and owning identity and access management through Entra ID. Security sits close to the core of the role: you'll spot and mitigate risks, keep certificates current, and stay calm when an incident or a complex change lands on your desk. The platform team is ten cloud, core-infra and database specialists inside a wider management team of thirty-six, so your decisions carry weight and you'll always have peers to challenge them. If you like being the technical sparring partner who advises on architecture and standards while staying hands-on, this is that role.

    IT Consultant

    Utrecht
    40 uur per week

You'll join an established Dutch managed-services and cloud provider as an IT Consultant working hands-on inside clients' Microsoft environments. The role sits deliberately between two worlds: part of your week is technical delivery on Azure, Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure, and the other part is advising clients on where their IT should go next. That advisory side is growing because clients are now asking real questions about AI, Copilot and intelligent automation, and they want someone who can separate the hype from what actually helps them. You'll design, implement and manage cloud and on-prem solutions, then automate the repetitive parts so environments run leaner. Because you work across multiple client sites, no two weeks look the same and you build a broad view of how different organisations run their IT. There's genuine freedom here to work independently and own your accounts, rather than waiting for a ticket queue to tell you what to do. If you like being the person a client trusts to both fix the thing and tell them what to do next, this fits.

    Projectmanager IT

    Friesland + Groningen & Drenthe
    40 uur per week

You'll join an established IT consultancy in the north of the Netherlands as a senior project manager owning ICT projects end-to-end at client organisations. The work mix leans toward substantial programmes: workplace migrations, infrastructure migrations, cloud migrations, and security tracks at corporate and (semi-)public-sector clients. You take a project from intake and planning through to delivery, evaluation, and aftercare — scope, planning, budget, and quality all sit on your shoulders. The clients are mid-size to large organisations across Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe, where stakeholder management and clear communication make the real difference. You'll lead the project team, while the technical specialists handle the depth, so your job is to make sure the project stands up as a whole. Short communication lines and a no-nonsense mentality are part of the culture, so decisions don't get stuck in committees. If you're a confident PM who's delivered real ICT migrations and you want autonomy and end-to-end ownership at visible clients, this fits.

    Senior Workplace Engineer

    Friesland + Groningen & Drenthe
    40 uur per week

You'll be joining an established IT consultancy in the north of the Netherlands as a senior engineer focused on Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role sits in the consulting practice, which means you'll move between clients and projects rather than sitting inside a single corporate IT team. Your work covers the full arc, from the functional and technical design of a Modern Workplace setup to the security architecture that holds it together. The clients are mid-size organisations across Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe, and the work mix leans toward genuinely complex Azure and security challenges rather than routine rollouts. You'll have a strong voice in the technical direction and bring innovations from the wider ecosystem back to clients who need them. Short communication lines and a no-nonsense mentality are part of the culture, so decisions don't get stuck in slide decks. If you want senior-level technical work with autonomy and visible impact on client outcomes, this fits.

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

    Groningen / Hybride
    40 uur per week

You will be working for a specialized IT organization that helps companies get the most out of their enterprise technology. Clients are supported in the management, optimization, and further development of their ERP and CRM environments across various sectors. The culture is open, informal, and has a flat organizational structure. Teams are small and self-managing; decisions are made close to the client and the work. There is plenty of room to contribute, develop, and actually realize your own ideas — not just on paper. As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you are the link between business and technology. You implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions — with an emphasis on Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), and Power Platform. You listen, analyze, design, and deliver. You understand business processes inside and out and know exactly where the real value can be found. From there, you design and build custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 landscape that genuinely make a difference. You work closely with project teams to ensure implementations don't just go live smoothly, but truly succeed for the client. And because the Microsoft platform never stands still, you stay continuously up to date actively sharing your knowledge with colleagues and clients.

    Data Lead

    Zwolle / Remote
    40 uur per week

As a Data Lead, you take full ownership of both the data platform and the data team within a fast‑growing organization in Zwolle. You set the strategic, technical, and organizational direction. That includes making key decisions around Databricks or Snowflake, DBT, modern ETL patterns, governance, and data quality — and translating those choices into a clear roadmap the business can understand, fund, and hold you accountable to. You lead a team of data engineers and analytics engineers, drive quality and delivery rhythm, and build a mature engineering culture: from on‑call rotations to a healthy review practice. You oversee hiring for the team and shape how the team works and grows day to day. You work closely with the business. You collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial leadership, translate their needs into concrete data products, and safeguard the balance between value and effort. You’re also comfortable pushing back when a request belongs in a dashboard rather than a six‑month project. Your future employer is a Dutch organization with a strong regional presence in the eastern part of the country and a clear ambition: turn data into a competitive advantage, not a reporting cost center. The foundations are already in place — a modern stack, real budget, and executive sponsorship — and they’re now looking for the leader who can make it count.

    Software Architect

    Rotterdam / Hybrid
    40 uur per week

As a Software Architect, you define the technical direction for complex software platforms at enterprise clients in South Holland. You divide your time between the Rotterdam office and on‑site work with development teams, where you translate business strategy into architectures that are clean, scalable, and future‑proof. You work across the full spectrum of modern cloud‑native development — domain‑driven design, microservices, event‑driven patterns — and make the trade‑offs (cost, complexity, time‑to‑market, and operational reality) transparent. Beyond diagrams and decision records, you coach engineering teams, lead architecture reviews, and act as the bridge between CTOs and the developers who actually write the code. You feel just as comfortable in a boardroom defending a roadmap as you do in a pull request reviewing a service boundary. Your future employer is a Dutch software consultancy with deep roots in Rotterdam and a portfolio spanning logistics, energy, and financial services. They invest seriously in their architects — through an internal architecture guild, certification programs, and active involvement in the Dutch tech community. The organization is flat, decisions are made based on technical substance, and the culture is direct and pragmatic.

    AI Engineer

    Amsterdam / Hybrid
    40 uur per week

As an AI Engineer, you build the AI applications that organisations actually put into production — not proof-of-concepts that gather dust, but working systems that move the needle. From your base in Amsterdam, you design and ship LLM-powered solutions: retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, AI agents, internal copilots, and evaluation frameworks that keep models honest. You work hands-on with Python, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, vector databases, and modern MLOps tooling, and you treat prompts and pipelines with the same rigour as any other piece of production code. Beyond the build, you are a sparring partner for product owners, data engineers, and business stakeholders — translating what's technically possible into outcomes that make commercial sense, and pushing back where the easy answer isn't the right one. Your future employer is an AI-first consultancy with a tight, senior team that has shipped real applications at enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and the public sector. The culture is curious, opinionated, and pragmatic — they care about results, not hype. Knowledge sharing happens weekly through internal tech sessions, and there's a serious budget for conferences, certifications, and experimentation time. The organisation is flat, decisions are made fast, and you have room to shape both the work and the way it's delivered.

    Medior Workplace Engineer

    Friesland + Groningen & Drenthe
    32-40 uur per week

As a Medior Workplace Engineer, you are the driving force behind modern Microsoft workplace environments at organisations across the Noord-Nederland region. You split your time between the office and client locations in Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe — no two days are the same. You make sure users can work without interruption, while behind the scenes you build secure, stable, and future-proof IT workplaces. From Microsoft 365 and Intune to Azure and security: you see the full picture and think ahead. Beyond your technical responsibilities, you are a genuine sparring partner for colleagues and clients alike — equally comfortable with technical depth and clear communication, whether you're talking to an IT manager or an end user. Your future employer is an IT company with energetic and driven employees, built entirely around the modern workplace. Their services span workplace management, monitoring, projects, packaging, and consultancy. They believe in growth and actively invest in their people's knowledge and careers — through monthly internal sessions and regular knowledge-sharing events. The organisation is flat, communication lines are short, and the culture is straightforward and no-nonsense.
