Do you have the ability to manage complex software projects from start to finish, and do you actually enjoy it when things get complicated? And do you want to apply that same approach to projects within our own office? Then you are exactly who we are looking for.

What will you be doing? As a Project Manager, you wear two hats. With clients, you ensure the success of software implementations, working alongside a team of enthusiastic consultants. Internally, you are the driving force behind our own projects—the initiatives we want to pursue but that would otherwise stall without you. You monitor and track progress, asking the questions that move a project forward. Within the internal scope, you work in a multidisciplinary way across various teams.

You lead the implementations. From kick-off to go-live, and you stay involved afterwards for the aftercare. You draw up the project plan with clear milestones, so everyone knows what happens and when. At the client, and here at the office. During the project you steer the project team and you are the first point of contact. You keep progress, scope and budget firmly in view, and you report on all three clearly. To the client, and just as much internally.

Alongside the work at clients, you also look inward. Together with colleagues from development and consultancy you keep watch over the innovation tracks, including the use of AI. You take the lead in pilots where clients start working in a new way, for example within a registration process.

You also make sure knowledge about our software and its new functionality lands properly, with clients and with colleagues, together with the consultants who shape that information. And you keep your eyes open for chances to work more efficiently. Spot one?
