IT Consultant
About the Role
You'll join an established Dutch managed-services and cloud provider as an IT Consultant working hands-on inside clients' Microsoft environments. The role sits deliberately between two worlds: part of your week is technical delivery on Azure, Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure, and the other part is advising clients on where their IT should go next. That advisory side is growing because clients are now asking real questions about AI, Copilot and intelligent automation, and they want someone who can separate the hype from what actually helps them.
You'll design, implement and manage cloud and on-prem solutions, then automate the repetitive parts so environments run leaner. Because you work across multiple client sites, no two weeks look the same and you build a broad view of how different organisations run their IT. There's genuine freedom here to work independently and own your accounts, rather than waiting for a ticket queue to tell you what to do.

- You bring at least three years of relevant experience in IT.
- You have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft technology.
- You're experienced with Azure across design, implementation and management.
- You're comfortable automating IT tasks, including with PowerShell.
- You hold an MBO-4 or HBO qualification.
- You communicate clearly and keep the client's needs front of mind.
- Experience with AI tooling and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
- A genuine interest in emerging technology is welcome.
