About the Role
You will be working for a specialized IT organization that helps companies get the most out of their enterprise technology. Clients are supported in the management, optimization, and further development of their ERP and CRM environments across various sectors.
The culture is open, informal, and has a flat organizational structure. Teams are small and self-managing; decisions are made close to the client and the work. There is plenty of room to contribute, develop, and actually realize your own ideas — not just on paper.
As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you are the link between business and technology. You implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions — with an emphasis on Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), and Power Platform. You listen, analyze, design, and deliver.
You understand business processes inside and out and know exactly where the real value can be found. From there, you design and build custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 landscape that genuinely make a difference. You work closely with project teams to ensure implementations don't just go live smoothly, but truly succeed for the client. And because the Microsoft platform never stands still, you stay continuously up to date actively sharing your knowledge with colleagues and clients.
- HBO or WO working and thinking level.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strongly analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative — both verbally and in writing.
- Enjoys direct customer contact and likes working in a close-knit team.
- Proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Lives in or near the Groningen region.
