Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer

You'll be joining an established IT managed-services provider in the Eindhoven region, a company that has spent close to four decades keeping the technology running for hundreds of small and mid-size businesses across the Netherlands. The role sits at the point where those clients are moving off older setups and into a modern Microsoft cloud workplace, and you're the engineer who designs, builds, and then manages that transition from start to finish. Because the client base is broad, no two weeks look the same: one project might be an M365 rollout, the next an Azure migration or a security hardening job.

You'll advise clients directly, translating what a modern workplace actually means for their people into a plan they understand and trust. Security runs through everything you do here, so you'll have a real hand in keeping client environments safe rather than treating it as an afterthought. The company works the way it talks, with plain language, clear commitments, and a strong preference for doing what was promised.
